We become your partner

We become your partner in strategically consulting and helping you register your products.

Both our team and our collaborators in other countries study and prepare the documents and requirements for registration in each case. We monitor the studies and requested checks and look for the quickest and most cost-effective ways to streamline entry of your products into the new market.

We analyse alternatives for each product, offering the optimal strategy to enter the market as quickly as possible.

Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 on fertilisers and biostimulants

We offer guidance to understand and comply with Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 on fertilising products.

We take care of all necessary procedures until CE marking is achieved.

National Registration

We check compliance and offer advice on the registration process in accordance with the legislation in force in each European country. We offer guidance and services in almost all EU countries.

Mutual recognition

The principle of mutual recognition is based on the free circulation of goods within the EU, avoiding dual valuation of the same product.

We support you in marketing your products in almost all EU countries through the process of mutual recognition in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/515.

REACH & CLP

To comply with Regulation (EC) 1907/2006, concerning the registration, evaluation, authorisation and restriction of chemicals (REACH), companies must identify and manage the risks associated with the substances they manufacture and market in the EU. Likewise, Regulation (EU) 2020/878 lays down requirements for the compilation of safety data sheets, used to provide information on chemical substances and mixtures in the EU.

Regulation (EC) 1272/2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures requires manufacturers, importers and downstream users to classify, label and package their dangerous chemical substances before marketing.

Annex VIII of the CLP Regulation defines the harmonised requirements for poison centre notifications (PCN). The information contained in these notifications will be used by poison centres for emergency health response purposes in the event of incidents arising from these mixtures.

At Sun Chemicals, we support you in registering, assessing and authorising a substance and in drafting product Safety Data Sheets (SDS), as well is in declaring hazardous substances and mixtures through the ECHA Portal by linking them with the UFI code.

KKDIK

The KKDIK in Turkey (Kimyasalların Kaydı, Degerlendirmesi, izni ve Kısıtlanması Hakkında Yönetmelik), which translates to “Regulation on the registration, assessment, authorisation and restriction of chemical products”, is a significant regulation the aligns Turkey with international standards in managing chemical products. The KKDIK is essentially Turkey’s answer to the European Union’s REACH regulation (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals).
